Clifford G. Martin, P.E., Assoc. AIA President Mr. Martin has over 30 years of engineering experience including: Architectural design, wastewater systems design, installation & operation, civil engineering assessment/implementation for land development and facilities expansions, environmental site assessments, and RCRA closure procedures. Education: Post Grad Construction Management, University of Texas at Arlington, 1974 M.A. Personnel Management, Texas Christian University, 1974 B.S. Architectural Engineering, Prairie View A & M University, 1968 Professional Registration: Licensed Professional Engineer, Texas No. 37661 Experience And Qualifications: Mr. Martin has 23 years experience with the United States Army Corps of Engineers as an Architectural Engineer and Construction Manager of multimillion dollar projects. Clifford is familiar with the agency's project, reporting, and justification requirements . In his three years with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Clifford managed daily operations required to coordinate repairs and modifications of three administrative and laboratory facilities in Dallas and Houston totaling 300,000 sq. ft. Mr. Martin’s experience in managing a wide range of projects for municipalities, governmental agencies, and industrial clients gives him the experience to correctly deal with the technical, business, and human factors that determine project success. |
